What are microgreens? They are the tender young shoots of vegetables, which are packed with flavor and more nutritious than regular salad greens. They are a delicious and healthy addition to almost any meal! Eaten as a salad, or added to soups, rice bowls, pastas, noodles, sandwiches, meat dishes, etc.  Our salad mix includes 7 types of our favorite microgreens, along with sprouts:

  • Sunflower Shoots: succulent greens with a sweet nutty flavor, and a complete protein.
  • Pea Shoots: dark leafy greens with a fresh crisp texture.
  • Purple and Pink Radish Micros: beautiful multi-color greens, adding a subtle spicy flavor to the mix.
  • Fava Bean Shoots: larger leafy microgreens with a slightly sweet and earthy taste.
  • Alfalfa Sprouts: tiny sprouts with a fine and crisp texture.
  • Lentil Sprouts: crunchy sprouts that are high in protein, and also adds a sweet nutty flavor.

You can also try our homemade dressings to go along with your salad: Creamy Cilantro Dressing or Honey Mustard Vinaigrette, made from scratch using farm-grown ingredients and other simple ingredients.
