Also called "cholesterol spinach" for its ability to lower cholestrol levels. These hardy spinaches, native to southeast Asia, come from a different plant family from regular spinach. These greens are succulent, crisp, and has a flavor that's not overpowering. It's used just like regular spinach, but are more nutritious, eaten cooked or raw.

 

Grown here on our farm in Rosenberg, TX, naturally without any use of sprays or synthetic chemicals.
